Purchase, shipping, warranty and returns
Shipping:
We offer a fast and secure express courier service as standard on all orders over $50. Once your shipping labels have been issued you will receive your tracking details to the email address provided at checkout. Please ensure that you watch your tracking so you know when to expect delivery to avoid any risk of re-delivery charges or administration fees in the event you are not home to accept delivery and you are unable to collect it from a local depot or authorised drop-off agent. Please be sure to check your spam or junk folder if you have not received your tracking details within 24 hours of purchase (especially if you have a government | non-for profit email based work email address such as .gov, .org etc).
For International orders, please be aware that some countries may charge an import duty which is at the responsibility of the purchaser.
Purchase, warranty & returns:
We offer a full replacement/repair guarantee with our 12 month* manufacturer's warranty for all Australian Domestic & International sales from the date of purchase, please retain your receipt as proof of purchase. In the case of product replacement/repair, the warranty period remains in line with the Original Purchase date. Our warranty does not cover general wear and tear, water damage, modifications, misuse or any damage caused by the user that would make your device unfit for use. There is no extended warranty period on a replacement product. It is the responsibility of the user to ensure they have read and understood the terms of use, FAQ and are aware of their own personal circumstances by conducting independent research and discussing with their doctor to ensure light therapy is suitable for them prior to purchase. We action warranty replacements/repairs as quickly as possible, however due to periods of high demand we reserve the right for up to 14-28 business days from receipt of warranty unit (please allow additional processing time during excluding public holidays, national holidays including Christmas, new year and Easter when our offices are closed). Upon acceptance of a warranty claim, the user would be responsible to return a product to us for assessment. We are not required to provide a refund if you change your mind, please make your product selection carefully. Due to our strict infection control protocols, for the protection of our customers, all our products come sealed. Once this seal is broken/opened and the product is used, we can not accept returns.
*Our Personal LED Masks are not designed and are not suitable to be used in a Professional setting.Where our Personal mask is not used for its intended purposes (Personal use at home use for 1 user), in a professional setting (for income producing purposes), the 12 month warranty is void and will be reduced down to 6 months.
