Purchase, shipping, warranty and returns
Shipping
We offer fast and secure express shipping via Australia Post and trusted courier services on all orders over the minimum amount shown at checkout. Once your shipping labels are generated, you will receive your tracking details via the email address provided at checkout.
To ensure smooth delivery, please:
Monitor your tracking to know when to expect your package
Be available to accept delivery or arrange collection from your local depot or authorised drop-off agent
Note that re-delivery charges or administration fees may apply if the parcel is not collected or accepted
If you have not received your tracking details within 24–48 hours of purchase, please check your spam or junk folder, particularly if you are using a government (.gov), non-profit (.org), or corporate email.
International Orders
For international shipments, please be aware that your country may impose import duties, taxes, or customs fees, which are the responsibility of the purchaser. Aduro Australia is not liable for these charges.
Purchase, warranty & returns:
12-Month Manufacturer’s Warranty
We offer a full replacement or repair guarantee with our 12-month* manufacturer’s warranty for all Australian Domestic & International sales from the date of purchase. Please retain your receipt as proof of purchase.
Warranty Coverage
Warranty replacements are only available for devices that are deemed to have a manufacturing fault within the warranty period. This warranty does not cover(including, but not limited to):
General wear and tear
Water damage
Misuse
Any damage caused by the user that renders the device unfit for use
Manual modification, tampering, or opening of any component, including the LED Mask, Controller, or wiring
Please note: There is no extended warranty period on a replacement product. The replacement device’s warranty period remains aligned with the original purchase date.

Replacement Device
In the event that the original device you purchased is no longer in stock, any warranty replacement may be fulfilled with an equivalent model chosen by Aduro Australia with similar features, at our discretion. Customers acknowledge that the replacement device may differ from the original device purchased, and acceptance of the replacement constitutes satisfaction of the warranty claim.
User Responsibility
It is the responsibility of the user to ensure they have read and understood the Terms of Use, FAQ, and are aware of their own personal circumstances. Users should conduct independent research and consult with their healthcare provider to confirm that light therapy is suitable for them prior to purchase.
Warranty Process & Timeframes
We process warranty replacements/repairs as quickly as possible. However, during periods of high demand, we reserve the right to take up to 14–28 business days from receipt of the warranty unit to complete the process. Please allow additional processing time during public holidays, including Christmas, New Year, and Easter, when our offices are closed. Upon acceptance of a warranty claim, the user is responsible for returning the product to us for assessment.
Returns & Refunds
We are not required to provide a refund if you change your mind, so please make your product selection carefully. Due to strict infection control protocols, all products come sealed. Once the seal is broken or the product is used, returns will not be accepted.
Device Modifications and Updates
Aduro Australia reserves the right to change, modify, or update any of its devices at its discretion, including replacement or equivalent models provided under warranty.
International Orders
International orders may be subject to customs duties and taxes in the destination country prior to delivery. Any import duties and taxes are the responsibility of the customer and are not payable by Aduro Australia.
Use Limitation & Infection Control – Personal LED Masks
Our Personal LED Masks are designed solely for personal, at-home use by a single user and are not intended or suitable for professional, commercial, or income-generating use. For infection control and hygiene reasons, the Personal LED Mask should only be used by the individual who purchased it. If the Personal LED Mask is used outside of its intended purpose (e.g., in a professional setting or for providing paid services), the standard 12-month warranty will no longer apply in full and will be reduced to 6 months from the date of purchase.

If you purchased your LED Mask from one of ourProfessional Salon Stockist partnersor our third-party teams, the warranty period begins from the date of purchase. You are required toregister your product within 30 days of purchase to activate your warranty.

This process helps us verify your purchase and ensures we can offer warranty support if required.
Failure to register within this timeframe will result in an inability to formally verify the purchase date, affecting client warranty eligibility.
Important:
If registration isnot completed within 30 days, your warranty may bevoid, and we may be unable to accept warranty claims for products purchased through a Salon Partner or third party.
There isno need to register if you purchased your devicedirectly from the Aduro Australia website, as your warranty is automatically recorded at checkout.
To maintain a fair and consistent warranty process, all information submitted during product registration and warranty claims must beaccurate and verifiable.
If anyfalse, misleading, or inconsistent information or documentation is provided — including invoices, purchase dates, or registration details — yourwarranty coverage may be voided.
In such cases, we reserve the right to:
Request additional proof of purchase (such as abank or credit card statement);
Place your claimon hold while discrepancies are investigated;
Or, if falsification is identified,deny the claim entirely and notify the stockist or relevant authorities where appropriate.
Important:
Where a purchase was made incash andno verifiable proof of transaction (e.g. bank statement or payment record) is available, thewarranty will be considered void. We require verifiable proof of purchase to validate the warranty start date and ensure support can be provided appropriately.
Submitting inaccurate documentation to obtain a replacement, refund, or warranty service may constitutefraudulent misrepresentation, and we take such matters seriously to protect the integrity of our warranty program.
